Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping options and delivery times

Delivery time depends on the shipping option you choose at checkout. Available options and their estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay.

Free shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $150. For orders under $150, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly. If a package comes back to us, we'll reship it for the cost of standard shipping.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your order is taking longer than expected, or arrives damaged, email us at Hello@Vantereskincare.com within 30 days of the delivery date and we'll look into it.
